VAPRO International is the international body of the VAPRO-OVP Group, based in The Netherlands. VAPRO International is currently represented in Belgium, Romania, China and Indonesia.

VAPRO courses are carried out in about 1,000 companies in the process industry and in more than 1,200 laboratories (chemical, medical and biological).

About 14,000 students are taking part in VAPRO training programmes. Of these, about 7,000 are adults, most of them training to become operators in the process industry. About 7,000 are adolescents, most of them training to become laboratory technicians.

In The Netherlands, about 40 schools (30 state and 10 public) work with VAPRO programmes, VAPRO teaching materials and VAPRO exams.

VAPRO has a staff of 120 people in Western Europe, all experienced in technology, process technology and/or educational science.

In Western Europe, VAPRO has an annual turnover of around 15 million Euros.
